Referral

• A current referral from your GP or treating specialist is required prior to booking your appointment.

• Referrals are required to be faxed, emailed or posted prior to your appointment.

• Prof. D'Urso will assess the referral and any attached reports.

• Emergency referrals must be made by the treating Doctor by telephone directly to Mr D'Urso

Previous X-rays and Current Medications
Please bring any relevant scans or X-rays that you may have already had done if they relate to your appointment with Prof. D'Urso. It is also important to bring a list of any medications that you are currently taking.

Urgent Referrals
If your appointment is considered urgent by your treating doctor, a referral should be faxed to Prof. D'Urso's rooms at (03) 9421-4186.

Emergencies
In event of an emergency attend the Emergency Department of your local hospital. Treating Doctors will make contact with Prof. D'Urso as required.
